A fundraising effort focused on supporting specific solutions to environmental problems, such as poor water quality, pollution, or contamination.

In September 2024, a tragic incident occurred in El Gran Chaparral, a rural community in Trujillo, Peru. Several children tragically lost their lives due to contaminated drinking water. This could have been prevented, and our hope is to prevent future occurrences.

DOCARE is seeking $4,000 to fund the purchase and construction of a safe water cistern for the community. This vital resource will provide clean drinking water and significantly improve the health and well-being of the residents.
